No benefits, temporary job, great coworkers, a lot of overtime No benefits, temporary job, great coworkers, a lot of overtime
LOL they don't have benefits for temps! They have health insurance at full price, and even then only because of the Obamacare law. No paid time off, no 401k match, nothing
Base salaries are generally below the market. Except if you have been there for decades and get the favor of other folks that are in an executive position that are able to give you raises and bonuses. But if you are common folk, then your salary is low. Health Benefits are bad, very high premiums, high deductibles and very costly to employees.
They contribute absolutely nothing, regardless of the time you have spent with the company. They are outrageously expensive. I'm talking Healthcare - there are no other benefits.
Cheap insurance that is fine for anyone who only needs preventative care. 4% of monthly revenue per staffed employee minus employee expenses, minus branch expenses commission for recruiters. Other deductions are made without explanation. Two weeks PTO annually, two weeks sick time. 3% 401K match, vested after 5 years.
They aren't great. But they are enough for basic care. However, with the low pay, it really isn't a very good plan overall.
Health insurance had options PPO or HMO available, 401k matching, Dental is coverage is weak
Max. 6 paid holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day, then 2 days at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. It is a long haul from New Years to Memorial Day.
Best thing is there are many options to choose from. Worst thing is all options have large premiums.
The benefits are terrible. All the health insurance plans had high deductibles, and I don't think that the company covered any part of the premium. They said they had vacation, but I didn't seem to accrue any. You're better off saving your money, and using one of the insurance exchanges.
