The benefits are among the best I've seen offered by a company but dealing with the actual marketplace and making sure what you are and aren't covered for can sometimes be very tedious.
The benefits are terrible. All the health insurance plans had high deductibles, and I don't think that the company covered any part of the premium. They said they had vacation, but I didn't seem to accrue any. You're better off saving your money, and using one of the insurance exchanges.
401k match was good. Family rate was rather high, but good options. No bonuses. It's a shame that the company did not value education (was actually told this), therefore there was no tuition reimbursement and no talks of it.
They have expensive benefits and bad maternity leave
The health insurance and 401k plans are not good. There are not a lot of perks. There are multiple options available for the health insurance and 401k. Health insurance is optional and deducted from salary.
You may as well save your money and not take the insurance they offer
Benefits are below average. Expensive premiums and nothing stands out as a positive.
The benefit package was better than average for a contract company. Requesting time off was not a problem and relatively easy provided you gave advanced notice.
The insurance is ok. It's nothing to speak too much about.
no benefit at all because its a temporary job they don't offer benefit, just work if something happen to you they call an ambulance and you have to pay the bills and stuff.
