    Every 2 years you can have an eye exam and up to $150 toward prescription lenses. The premium cost is cheap, and I recommend an opthamologist. Again, getting an appointment early--keep in mind that dilated eyes can take 4 hours out of your work day if you rely on a computer monitor.
