I didn't take part in any of the benefits at the company, but I did review some of the benefits they have your standard dental, health, and vision insurance.
No paid holidays, no exceptions. If you're employer is closed you don't get paid
The price for healthcare is ridiculous for what you'll make per hour. Once you hit your ridiculously high deductible, you'll be graced with 60/40 coverage. Literally you might as well not have insurance and automatically get %50 off when you tell the doctors office you don't have insurance. If you're going to be hired as a contingent, try getting the same position through somewhere else such as Kelly Services, they at least give bonuses at the end of the year and have tuition reimbursement so you don't have to be stuck in the same dreadful job that steadily kills your soul.
There was no benefits really. At least not with Pegatron. Sometimes we'd get holiday pay and then some times they would lie and not give us our holiday pay. They have a annoying point system that allowed only 6 points in 6 months. so basically you could rack up points by missing work or easier by not clocking in on time due to the LONG lines of people waiting to clock in
We had decent health insurance. The benefits person knew what she was talking about
Nonexistent as this is a temp firm
Typical benefits nothing out of the ordinary.
no considerable benefits. health insurance is available .
As a contractor if I remember there are no benefits. You are able to buy health insurance but it's very expensive.
Since the contract is 9 months we get 6 days of unplanned days off. We can attend social event within allotted time, but cannot drink (beer on beer bashs)
