Excellent benefits and employee perks from day one.
I think Volusion has a very competitive benefits package. For me the unlimited PTO and the full-pay, parental leave is great. They offer retirement savings plan the matching on that plan is a little lower than I have seen for some other small to mid size companies in Austin, but generally competitive.
Basic, healthy benefits package that meet my family’s needs while I worked there
Great maternity leave/paternity leave. Free snacks, a gym, stellar office environment. 401K, choice of health plans.
