    Vacation time is accrued at a fair rate. They also provide two floating holidays that can be used anywhere. They have bereavement leave which doesn't draw against your regular PTO in case of a death in the family. You also get your birthday off! Sometimes as a perk, they company rewards employees with more days off based on tenure and hard work/goals reached.
