has exceptional amount of paid vacation days
The health benefits for the North American, non-bargaining, full-time employees was one of the most comprehensive and least expensive health benefits packages I have had.
Worked for 30 hrs per week and could take PTOs.
Benefits are great - combined vacation and sick time. Full-time employees typically start with 4-5 weeks vacation. Healthcare is also very good.
On site health clinic, on site pharmacy, they give 15 paid holidays, and they match up to 6% on 401k.
Great company to work for. Competitive pay and excellent health insurance. Plus, you earn a generous amount of vacation.
Good vacation from the start but it was pricey. They made me take 7 days though for holidays
The benefits at Volvo are top notch. You start with 5 weeks PTO, Pension Plan, 401K Match, Awesome health , dental, and vision (85/15 coinsurance) with low deductibles (~$800 Family)
very good profit sharing from volvo but that you have to wait for 5 years in the company
Best - substantial amount of ETO days Worst - only 5 unused days can roll over to the next year and must be used by March 31 or they are lost
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
