Don’t get sick, or else thye’ll make you feel absolutely awful about being sick when it’s not your fault that you’re sick. Vacation was nice, two weeks after three years I believe.
vacation comes every 3 months
Holiday/event period blackouts. Flexible and accommodating if you needed to call in sick.
Not so flexible since it's retail
vacation and PTO starts 3 short months after your hire date, and offer you plenty of decent time frames in which you can take them. They increase over the years by how many days/weeks you get, that are determined by your hours and employment history (how long youve worked there.) Also, they even give you a convenient update/reminder at the bottom of every pay stub!
Earn vaca for how many hours you work. 2 weeks a year for full time. 6 paid holidays.
Okay, but you need to use the 10 vacation days per year for doctor appointments and dentist appointments. If you have children, this eats away vacation time very quickly.
