You earn paid vacation time depending on how many years of service. You must schedule it at the beginning of the year for when you want to take it during the year.

The best thing is you get paid to not be there. I've worked a lot of hours so I should have a lot of vacation days. The bad thing about vacation is that is depends on how much you work. Also you have to work I believe 7 years in order to accumulate 3 weeks of vacation. So right now I'm working towards a 3rd week of vacation. But before my anniversary they're going to pay me my vacation, and I won't get to take it just the money. Also if they schedule your vacation past your anniversary you'll get a check for your vacation days. And when you actually get to take it you'll be one week off but they won't pay you since you got paid at your anniversary. Also they ask you which week or weeks you'd like but it can't be during summer or winter because that's when the store is busy. On your sick days they pay you, but you have to constantly be asking the managers that you took a sick day and you'd like to get paid for it. If you don't tell them you won't get paid since they do not keep track of it

If you take a vacation you will not be paid. You have to wait during your anniversary to receive anything to cover that week you take.
