Amount of time off, worst thing is no roth IRA
Best thing is insurance and maternity leave. Worst is stock options/vesting schedules.
PTO/Sick time are given at start of the year not accrued slowly throughout the year. More time is added to the bank the longer you work there.
Given a generous yearly stipend to put towards travel and health & fitness purchases. You're also given 15 days paid time off per year.
One of the biggest benefits of working at Vrbo are the benefits!
The company provides great benefits all around
The best thing about the benefits of the parent company Expedia is that new employees get 3 weeks of vacation, with additional weeks added over time. The medical and other basic benefits are good, including 401K. Expedia also recently started making available - to all employees, including Vrbo - a yearly stipend for health & wellness as well for travel. Some hotel discounts for the employee plus family/friends have also been available. The company also brings in a free breakfast on Fridays.
The benefits package is nice. If you reach over 7 year tenure they offer an extra week of vacation.
401k is matched and the paternity leave is great.
Great medical, dental and vision.
