It's based off of how long you have worked there, and how much you work. Took away alternate holidays
Outdated PTO and sick time policy, particularly for those with more than 10 to 15 years experience at time of hire.

If you work hard and open up business management is cool in that regard. After a few years when your commissionable (you make the company more money than they pay you in salary = you go on commission) there is flexibility.
It added up fairly fast pace, especially since they work your 60 hours a week. The time comes to request time off, you better put it a year in advance, and the month coming up to that time you better be ready for harassment by management for taking it off and putting them in a tough spot.
