    If you work hard and open up business management is cool in that regard. After a few years when your commissionable (you make the company more money than they pay you in salary = you go on commission) there is flexibility.

    It added up fairly fast pace, especially since they work your 60 hours a week. The time comes to request time off, you better put it a year in advance, and the month coming up to that time you better be ready for harassment by management for taking it off and putting them in a tough spot.
