Development opportunities in a very big company
The health insurance was great for my family and helped us get great coverage for fertility treatments.
Pros: Cafeteria. Location is great. Cons: Upper management does not take responsibility in serious situations. Many of the managers are clear bullies.
PTO is good and the health insurance that give is also pretty good.
they have a large cafeteria, they offer 1 week of vacation after a year,and a 500$ bonus at christmas time
The benefits package is all encompassing and makes you feel comfortable about health concerns with so many different packages to choose from. You are in control with the ability to choose which insurances matter most to you. 401k and PTO allow you to be in control of your time and money. Also lunch is served daily provided by the hotel kitchen.
One of the best benefits packages I've seen in a large company. Company offers medical, dental, vision, 401k, EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), etc. Paid time off is tricky since you accumulate but can't use it until you're a vested employee.
When you are apart of the union, the benefits are included in your dues, which is awesome because you are covered for everything.
It took a 1 year to receive benefits . Too long IMO
Good insurance package . but could not consume pay vacation hours because of not enough worker.
