They recently increased vacation minimums for all associates less than 20 years
Two weeks to start and then one week added at 5 and 10 years. Seems average. Top tier talent can certainly get more.
I've seen more generous vacation accrual schedules per years of service but I can't complain about the amount of paid time off. Very reasonable.
No accountability for vacation time m,?you are left to self report time, easy to negotiate the vacation time that you want, ask for 4 weeks and you'll get it.
Only 2 weeks to start, and takes 5 years to get to 3 weeks, then forever to get anymore.

Pretty typical vacation plan. 2 weeks to start, 3 after 5 years, + 1 week for every 5 years beyond that. They will often match what you have if you are new employee coming in..just ask for it when you negotiate.
Took them a long time to realize to stay competitive you have to give generous time off. The newer hires are getting more time off than those that came up through the ranks. They tried to make it more competitive but still not nearly as good as other companies offer.
They give you incrementally higher vacation and paid time off as you work at Gore. They also provide a floating holiday, as well as a paid community service day!
