Been generally very pleased with benefits at WD. Unfortunately, Rising healthcare deductible costs to the employee are very expensive in order to provide good coverage but I believe this is the norm.
Benefits offered are well above industry standard.
Employer matched 401k, paid Holidays, medical/dental insurance, vision.
Benefits package is pretty good. Company match on 401k is decent, vacation time is good - especially flex Friday, if you can take it. Insurance costs are pretty low. Good benefits, overall.
PTO builds after time, but hard to use it all.
Benefits are standard. However HR is clueless about guiding you through signing up and explaining things. Asking for time off for doc appointments is frowned upon if you have to go often. No sick time, you have to use your vacation hours.
Interns do not receive paid time off or any benefits.
Part of the golden handcuffs package.
Benefits are fairly competitive and are effective after 30 days of employment. PTO for new associates is equivalent to approximately 3weeks, but there is a stipulation that if you use more PTO time than accrued throughout the course of the year and then terminate employment, you will be required to pay that time back.
base level benefits. no overtime
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
