Relatively decent benefit package for size
Great health and dental insurance.
Very good medical benefits and much more affordable than other companies. Also has a good 401K package with company matching.
The best thing that will does is that after 30 days working there they enroll you in your health insurance policy as quick as possible. The worst thing about Wil health benefits is that they are rather high in some aspect but alot of things that they include sometimes make it worth it.
The benefits are probably the greatest thing you can get out of work at WIL Research (besides the experience). Extremely affordable benefits with great medical, dental, and eye coverage. If you put in 5% of your wages in to your 401K, they'll make 4%. Overtime is almost guaranteed and the incentives are good. You can earn $20,000 more a year by working 50-60+ hours a week (double edge sword).
Healthcare and dental benefits offered. You get 1.5 times the pay when you work holidays.
Company offers an exceptional 401K match program
Fortunately, given the fact that pathologists work there, you'll have trickled-down good benefits. The health insurance and 401k benefits are the same for all locations in the U.S. They match the first 3% in your 401k, then half a percent until their portion is 5 % and your's is 7%. If you have a family and want to include everyone in the advanced package, it will be a little over $5000 a year. Keep in mind, though, pay is really low if you're not a pathologist, toxicologist or in upper-management so that could be kind of a pinch. Depending on where you are, the benefits of day-to-day work life will be different. In Ashland, the perks where quite good. However, if I had to work in any of the other locations, the cost-of-living would make me want to look elsewhere.
