Basic use of an inventory counting machine, and safe handling instruction for handling customer products without injuring yourself.
you watch a video the entire time & they training doesnt go into much detail
almost none other than the basics to operate the equipment or systems
My job training on equipment use and how to properly count the store's inventory was received once I got to the actual store we were working at. This would have been ok if you were not made to feel like a lesser person for asking questions because you didn't understand fully what was going on. I found out later we were supposed to get training prior to going to your first job, most people did not get this training.
This is one thing that the company knew how to do. No matter the level of position.
Very little. Learn as u go.
Limited per work training. Mostly on the job
job training was fine , it was on hand,so we used the inventory counters in a mock inventory and also trained in a retail environment
