The best part of the benefits package is the relatively low cost health care and its quality. WIS uses Aetna which is a good HMO for most locations. For single no dependents its very hard to beat and for a family it is comparable on the lower end of the national average. The worst part is the 401K match is very low by industry standards; only a 33% match on your contribution.
they have no benefits they give you part time hours so that you cant get the benefits
they make you part time so you cant get benefits this job is really terrible
It's not affordable based on the wages we get. I would lose a third of my already insufficient check
It's fine if you are a full time salaried position. Anyone else does not have benefits.
There were no benefits whatsoever. No health insurance, no paid vacation, no company perks. They don't even pay you the first hour to get to a job site on the company van.
Decent basic benefits package for Health, Life, PTO, 401K for full time employees only.
There are no part time benefits such as Health and Dental, Vision, Paid time off. Opportunity to advance is there allowing for a nice benefits package once Full time status is achieved.
There are no benefits.
Bad health insurance not 401k.
