The best part of the benefits package is the relatively low cost health care and its quality. WIS uses Aetna which is a good HMO for most locations. For single no dependents its very hard to beat and for a family it is comparable on the lower end of the national average. The worst part is the 401K match is very low by industry standards; only a 33% match on your contribution.
Decent basic benefits package for Health, Life, PTO, 401K for full time employees only.
There are no part time benefits such as Health and Dental, Vision, Paid time off. Opportunity to advance is there allowing for a nice benefits package once Full time status is achieved.
Bad health insurance not 401k.
Though they offer health insurance, it's not worth paying for when it doesn't cover much. You'll still be coming out of pocket a few hundred dollars.
You get some healthcare, but I think you have to wait awhile to get it.
Nothing at all, nothing at all
Paid travelling- as a foreigner, I would get to see a lot of places and I would be paid for doing so. The bus ride was the only thing I enjoyed about this job
doesn't offer paid vacation, insurance is expensive other than life insurance.. all employees other than salary are considered part time
WIS International does offer Health Insurance for a small part of you paycheck. I did not enroll however due to the fact that I don't get paid enough to afford my own rent let alone health insurance. I don't think they have a 401k.
