“Free option for healthcare, but you'll pay a lot out of pocket any time you need care. Can choose a better plan, like PPO.”
“Easy Fidelity 401k that can be chosen up to 12%”
“Unlimited PTO can be confusing. It's encouraged to take about 4 or 5 weeks of PTO in a year.”
1 mental health day off a quarter, unlimited PTO that does not come with a double-edge sword, option for free healthcare, $100 wellness stipend per month.
401k health insurance fertility, stock options
Company wellness days, Thrivepass allowance, generous vacation time
I've never worked for a company that took so much care and consideration with their benefits package. They offer so many extras: fertility benefits, wellness credits, and discounted pet insurance to name a few.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
Pretty comprehensive and competitive benefits. Unlimited PTO for most roles, good health and dental. WFH Stipend. 3% 401k match
No 401k, Unlimited Paid Time Off
Ok 401k maych Annual bonuses are available at more senior levels. Performance bonuses available at less senior levels.
Culture, collaboration, employees do the right thing
The benefits package is standard for a technology company. Depending on the team you're on, the PTO is quite flexible and generous. There are different groups that would host events and send out snacks/gifts/swags. Monthly $100 stipend to spend on your needs and growth. There are other tech companies out there that provide a much higher monthly stipend and better healthcare benefits. Granted, these companies definitely have more funding to do so.
Decent 401k, good vacation and PTO policy, health/dental/vision/life insurance, bonus. Lack of transparency regarding salary and bonus structures. Impossible to know your potential here. Equity options are limited. If you care and want a stake, you won't be swayed by the grants.
