You can't beat the benefits here! they contribute 8.5% of your salary to your 401k without any requirement from you, health benefits are fantastic (much better for full timers than part timers though), they give a decent number of paid holidays as well as general leave. I was even allowed to take off 18 weeks after I had my son.
