    Many choices of benefits. The dental plan could offer more coverage, only $2000 a year max.

    Medical insurance options are okay. No yearly bonus outside of upper management folks, because "the ability to earn overtime pay is your bonus" PTO is a pool which includes vacation AND sick time, and does not increase until you are with the company for 5 years. Start and end times are somewhat flexible if you need to start later/earlier.

    Pros: - Standard Benefits. ( 401K, PTO , Paid Time off) - Professional development - Summer hours ( put in more hours during the first 4 day of the week and get out early on the 5th) Cons: - 401K Match is minimal -PTO & SICK Days are accrued and shared. - Takes long time to increase PTO days.
