Best: They offered 3 levels of insurance coverage with affordable premiums and great coverage. Worst: They do not offer short or long term disability, and they don't do a match program with the 401K.
High premiums, deductables and co pays for health care. Coverage does not include specialists. No flexible spending option
Benefits are ok. The health insurance was pretty good
Overall I feel the PTO package is good and the benefits are fair.
401K available but no matching, corporate benefits are not bad.
As a full time employee, I am lucky to have access to benefits. Part timers do not get the option. there are 3 medical options and WTS will pay a portion of the deductible, which does help. The 401k option is terrible. a year of service is required and the company does nothing in terms of vesting/matching/contributing.
3 weeks PTO which is good. Benefits package is poor and no matching 401k.
not alot of benefits for this job
There are very few full time employees. They are the only employees entitled to a benefits package. Unfortunately part time employees get no benefits at all.
