Weight Watchers offered a 401k and had meetings around benefits for all their employees. I very much appreciated their commitment to their employees
Most employees are part-time with no benefits available. However, at the five year mark even part-time employees are able to participate in a 401K program. I have also found them to be very flexible, willing to work with employees to change schedules as needed.
It’s a very fair package
Compensated for internship. Paid hourly, bi-weekly. No benefits for interns.
Awesome wellness , insurance , flexible schedule.
It is only available if you are full time and FT status is difficult to attain as meeting attendance ebbs and flows with the seasons.
Free WW membership, half off product prices, no add'l benefits for part time.
You must work a minimum of 11 meetings (or equivalent) per week to receive benefits
Benefits package is very low leveled.
As a WW Service Provider, the benefits package includes free membership and 50% product discount. This does not include the intangible benefit of loving the people I work with, my members and my coworkers.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
