The health benefits are below average. They have 3 tiers of health insurance, and dental and vision is separate. All are provided at a cost to the employee. The 3 health insurance tiers range from low cost to the employee with high copays and deductible, to a high cost to the employee with PPO. There's a middle tier thats about $100 a month for in-network only. No mental health coverage whatsoever, and skeletal attempts for wellness via work programs and events. No gym discounts or benefits.
