You get two 7 day vacations and one 10 day vacation. You can not combine them with off days and you lose it if you do not use them ("Trust me, you are going to want to use them as soon as you are vacation eligible.) You put in your vacation time a couple months in advanced and will have to consider the ABCD calendar and when other managers are taking a vacation when deciding to take yours. So this means you can not take your vacation at the same time as another unit, district or division manager which can make planning very difficult. No vacations at all on "blackout holidays". This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years, 4th of July and pretty much any major holiday.

We had 4 wees of paid vacation every year. We got seven days of paid personal time every six months. The worst was if we didn't use our paid personal time and vacation days before the next six months for our paid personal time was due and the next year for our paid vacation days we lost both.

They had you work extra often before getting time off. When you got back you usually had to work extra also. Plus you had to work extra often to cover other employees vacation.

I worked for waffle house for over 2 years. I did not receive my 2 year vaca pay because I got into a wreck 7 weeks after my 2 years was due for a check. I am not u understanding why I did not receive my vacation pay.

Every 26 weeks you get a one week paid vacation if you work at least 29hrs weekly. Not bad, grill ops & server get this benefit. The longer you work there the longer the vacations become.

your vacation cannot be on a major holiday so your family has to adjust to yobuworking every major holiday, and trying to recover from those super buy work days.
