Vacation time must be taken in blocks and you can never have a holiday off.

You would get 2 7 day and one 10 day vacation a year. A vacation every 4 months and they make you take them.

Week paid vacation every six months. After you are there ten years you get a week paid every 4 months.

You have the option to work through your vacation week, which comes every six months and is paid. However, often times you're pressured into working through it with vague threats and/or guilt. The bonus policy for managers would cause this to be widespread.
