Great dental and vision benefits. Medical is average. They will contribute to HSA for first time in 2019.

The company offers generous cost sharing for insurance - medical, dental, vision, life and disability. They're improving the 401(k) match, which is great. I would like to see more generous tuition reimbursement benefits.

Work from home policy/practice is inconsistent and on a path of 100% office-based. Little flexibility here. If work location (work from home) is important (periodic even), this company won't work for you.

Generous time off is a plus. Decent company match for the 401k is great, different benefits such as Medical and Dependent Care FSA, HSA, Commuter benefits in some areas available. But for some reason, they don't offer an HRA. I think it's a little peculiar that a company that administers HRA's for other companies doesn't have one of their own, but that's neither here nor there.
