    Standard 2 week PTO accrued over time. Nothing special, can't work for extra PTO. Unpaid time off highly discouraged or not allowed. PTO includes sick leave.

    PTO accrues as you work, not a set amount per year. You can earn quite a bit before you hit the PTO Cap and need to use some up.
