After one year you can work remote once every other week & after two years you can work remote once/week
Benefits have declined a lot since I started. Began with four day weekends during the summer and an hour lunch. Office open from 9 to 5. We've lost multiple paid holidays, we don't have the four day summer weekends anymore, and we have a 30 min. lunch (which is hard in a large office) while being open from 9 to 5:30. We have many benefits that I've never successfully used -- flexible working/work from home days, tuition assistance, etc. -- which I've been declined for every time I've tried to use them. Other benefits are pretty standard -- medical, dental, SIMPLE IRA, vacation/sick. Medical contributions from employer for dependents are non-existent, so insurance offerings are bad if you're coupled or a family. Quarterly bonus is performance/favoritism based, not a profit share like I was told when hired, but can help with the lower starting salaries. Don't expect flexibility, don't expect spectacular benefits like other creative firms. Too profit oriented of a company to see that here.
