“Automatic contribution by school, it adds up!”
“This package was okay. They offer 80$ off for full time employees.”
“Unpaid sick days for Temp employees”
Large company so the benefits are affordable
Excellent benefits, although just recently switched to Cigna
Benefits have drastically changed in recent years and are not as good. Why? To save the company a few bucks.
Overall good health insurance package. Vacation, Sick and floating holiday hours accrue in different amounts depending on your role with the company.
Great benefits, though insurance recently changed and is more cumbersome. Good sick/vacation time, great tuition benefits, tons of additional benefits such as gym membership discounts .
Health care plan is top notch and has several tiers/costs to choose from. Vacation time is good if you enter as middle level management (3 weeks), but only 2 if you are entry level. You get ample sick time that rolls over each year. They have industry standard maternity leave (6 weeks full pay and 6 weeks FMLA for a total of 12 weeks) and 50% match 401(k) plan.
As a contract worker, only benefit is 401K contribution
It might not be bad for full time employees but part get few or no benefits.
Great benefits package and affordable
Time off accrual should be more
