you would have to work years before you can qualify for the retirement plan. seems to be industry standard policy.
As far as I know it’s a great one.
The profit sharing program is matching your 4%. But it is limited to how the company does.
its all the same as their 401k, they call it profit sharing
Vesting took about five years, but it was a good company match.
They do not match much with what you put in.
