Unless you are one of their favorite stores, everything you need comes last. They don’t really promote. Their benefits are subpar. Their insurance choice is very cheap
Generous discount on the products. Average amount of vacation (and sick) time. For a while, during my time with them, there was a once yearly payout for those who did not subscribe to the company’s healthcare benefits. This was nice as I am covered by my spouse.

There was no benifits offered to anyone younger than 25 and who isnt full time for at least a year. Time off was a crap shoot as to if you were ever allowed to get any, and if you got a day off you wuld often be called in to wofk anyways.
