Industry standard. Medical package needs to include more medical care coverage. Causes you to be nickel and dimed for care.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Fine Jewelry Sales Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio

I do not know. They took it away before I could use it.

Not the greatest coverage relative to other companies but they are also the largest employer in the US so the total cost that Walmart pays because of the healthcare issues in the US is crazy high

StarStarStarStarStar Current Sales Associate in Rockford, Illinois

Cheap about to pay for good insurance

  • Feb 24, 2019
StarStarStarStarStar Former CAP2 in Las Vegas, Nevada

Not bad my dental covered most but $400

  • Feb 21, 2019
StarStarStarStarStar Current GM Support Manger in Elk Grove Village, Illinois

I like that you can opt-in or -out for several different aspects of the health insurance (including dental, vision, etc.). However, the actual insurance itself doesn't cover much for someone in circumstances other than normal health.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Bentonville, Arkansas

the benefit summary of the health insurance is that the cost per paycheck is low but with high deductible it will be most likely you will not get high benefits

  • Feb 08, 2019
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Buffalo, New York State

They offer many plans for families depending on your needs

  • Feb 06, 2019
StarStarStarStarStar Current Pharmacy Technician in Orlando, Florida

Deductibles are ridiculously high. Only a $300.00 healthcare credit.
