    SAME AS before, no time off for the fathers, and not enough maternity leave for the mothers with pay. Hey they need to pay their bills to more so with a baby and with the prices going up steadily. They help with expense and to keep a roof over their head, and reliability child care, in the store

    Maternity leave walmart will pay your average salary 100% for 16weeks. You can go longer if you wish but will be unpaid after 16weeks. Paternity leave is 6weeks paid time off.
