I actually do not know about the maternity or paternity leave, however, I have heard that it is fair your job is protected.

Getting maternity leave approved is not easy. They require many steps and at times repeating those steps.
It's paid if you're salaried. If unpaid, you can use your PTO to cover some or all of the leave. They are required to give you 12 weeks of job-protected medical leave per year (rolling).
I have no kids, but I have heard from multiple people that we do our paternity and maternity leave through a 3rd party company, and many times they take month to pay out beyond what the date was
It appears to be good.
It is a fair package it can stand to be updated and more added
