    It was upped significantly this year. Sadly several years past when I needed it for my family. Being salaried I missed a lot.

    Dad's actually receives time off to spend with spouse after birth of their child. Mother actually receives time off of work.

    6 weeks paid for vaginal birth, 8 weeks for c-section. then if u want to take 6 more weeks you can if you take a family leave through schedwick. And it's not paid after that first 6 weeks. You would need to use your PTO time for that.
