SAME AS before, no time off for the fathers, and not enough maternity leave for the mothers with pay. Hey they need to pay their bills to more so with a baby and with the prices going up steadily. They help with expense and to keep a roof over their head, and reliability child care, in the store
4 months unpaid maternity leave.
Never had this but recently changed this year 2018.
If you're full time it's paid leave.
6 weeks for the husband and I believe they give 12 weeks to the lady conceiving it
From what I hear they are pretty good about this and will cover you regardless of your position, hourly pay, or paid time off you have or haven't accumulated.
Do not provide much time off.
Maternity leave walmart will pay your average salary 100% for 16weeks. You can go longer if you wish but will be unpaid after 16weeks. Paternity leave is 6weeks paid time off.
Both are offered, I never used them so can't comment.
Standard benefit and comparable with just about any other business out there.
