    Maternity leave walmart will pay your average salary 100% for 16weeks. You can go longer if you wish but will be unpaid after 16weeks. Paternity leave is 6weeks paid time off.

    Just this year Walmart has extended their Maternity and Paternity leave policies. They will be allotting more time for both. They made media headlines for advancing these policies and have made them a leader. Specifics should be researched on-line if this is an area of interest.

    Maternity you get whatever the doctor gives you and you need more time after that it’s unpaid. For dads it’s unpaid

    maternity leave is quite nice, there was a coworker who got pregnant and off for maternity leave. she was really grateful for walmart providing for her time off and she came back full power to work
