The "Choice" Health Plan is not expensive, but you have $2K-$5K deductibles. The other PPO/HMO plans are just like in most other companies. They will contribute up to $300 in your HSA if you take the Health Check

disney land parks pass are great but it has lots of blocking days. in average you get payed lot less that other studios while you are happy to go to disneyland for free some times.
the studio belongs to the union, so the health insurance is pretty decent.
I am not sure about the full time benefits. but there is no relocation and accommodation for interns, which usually have in other companies.
I did not receive any benefit packages while I was employed since I was a temp employee at the time I was there.
