Moderate benefits when you first start out. Plenty of tickets to bring in family and friends into the park.
Great discounts at nearly every Disney store! A con is a lot of the stores only give you the same discount as annual pass holders
It's good but it's only 20% and you work a large amount of hours for this company. It would be nice if the discount could be a little bigger on larger items, just because some of us put 60 hours a week into this company.
The discount available at that time was minimal as maybe $10 off of $130, however Cast Members have GATE PASSES that allow each Cast Member to have FREE access to all attractions worldwide for 16 visits per year with spouse and three (3) guests. There are various discounts for restaurants and lodgings of average 30%.
You're able to take advantage of all sorts of benefits
