    The retirement plan poorly represents the cast members and is only offered after a couple decades of working for the company. This is a very grey topic and varies from person to person

    Its ok, not all departments offer retirement but the ones who do you have to wait 1 years in full time status and you will receive retirement after 5 years of contributing to it. As of 401k same thing not all departments offer it because of the different unions.
