The retirement plan poorly represents the cast members and is only offered after a couple decades of working for the company. This is a very grey topic and varies from person to person
Not bad if you can survive the job long enough to retire. Extended tenure is discouraged due to mismanagement.
I was one of the last on the pension. No one gets that now. Standard 401k stuff.
Great after 20 you are still part of the family with a silver pass
Depending on your hire date, they offer[ed] a pension
Disney retirement plan included Disney stock. This is very motivating.
seems OK, but did not enroll because of short time work
401k only there is no pension
Pension plan is ok but worth looking at.
Its ok, not all departments offer retirement but the ones who do you have to wait 1 years in full time status and you will receive retirement after 5 years of contributing to it. As of 401k same thing not all departments offer it because of the different unions.
