401K is the primary retirement plan

The retirement plan poorly represents the cast members and is only offered after a couple decades of working for the company. This is a very grey topic and varies from person to person
Not bad if you can survive the job long enough to retire. Extended tenure is discouraged due to mismanagement.
I was one of the last on the pension. No one gets that now. Standard 401k stuff.
If you can afford to be aggressive, not usually something a DIsney cast member can do, then take advantage of it.
