    10 sick days per year.

  • Aug 28, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Production Coordinator in Burbank, California

In the corporate environment, even though it's technically not allowed, you are looked down on for actually using your sick time.

  • May 01, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Operations in Glendale, California

They seem to understand that sometimes a person gets sick

  • Dec 15, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Director Global Security in Burbank, California

Employees track their own sick days. Supervisors are not able to see if sick days were actually claimed or not. There is a significant amount of trust placed in the employees individual integrity.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Sales in Orlando, Florida

Hard to use when you are in sales.

  • Jul 25, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Manager Film in Burbank, California

Never took days but this is about average as any other company.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Bus Driver in Lake Buena Vista, Florida

Is pretty good, sick days get accrued each years up to around 5 days a year. When you call in sick you will still get cited on your report card 1 point and at 3 points is a write up and at 3 write ups you're terminated. Everything at Disney is by points on your attendance even on sick days, call outs etc.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Professional Intern in Orlando, Florida

It is not that hard to ask a day off.

  • May 21, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Video Producer in Burbank, California

Paid sick days supplied even as an intern, though unpaid sick days are limitless (within reason).

  • May 16, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Game Design Intern in Palo Alto, California

Interns didn't get sick leave, which I think is a rotten thing to do to anyone -- even if it's common practice.
