When I started working at the Walt Disney Resort area the company had great great insurance benefits. The insurance that they had really helped me towards the end of my tenure at Disney for I was having a lot of medical problems and unfortunately I wanted to stay with the company for many more years I had to leave because of my health issues. Resorts Landscape & Pest Control was very good to me during this time of my illness they were always there for me in every way and I appreciate them so very much especially the management. they were very understanding of days that I could not come in because I was so sick but they cared for me and so many ways with phone calls cards and letters and I appreciate that so much and that's why I love the Walt Disney Company so much because during the time that I was there they were very sensitive to the needs of the employees and cast members.
As a DCP cast member, our main benefits were discounts within Disney. Around the holidays, we had a 40% discount on merch then once Valentines day came around it dropped to 20%.
