Nearly unlimited entry to most Disney Parks.
We receive great company parks passes, hotel & adventure discounts, screenings of movies
Great PTO/Vacation day policy, park benefits, discounts to hotels and cruises, on site gym, and great amount of benefits for health insurance and 401K.
The best thing about working at Disney is most of the discounts you gain working at your main location apply to other Disney parks and stores with certain exceptions. Many other benefits include the ability to go into parks for free, except during blackout dates.
Great benefits package, competitive salary. Overall great place to work.
all good all very good
Its affordable for families and many options to choose from. Best benefits once you are full time.
You get unlimited entrance to the parks and a few tickets each year but I never got my tickets and I didnt have anyone to talk to about my missing benifits
If you're full time you get the 401k, insurance, but also get in the parks for free which is nice.
The retirement savings plan is pretty good. It kicks in after one year of service and is vested after three years of service. The 401K plan is pretty standard with the Company matching up to 4%. The tuition reimbursement is actually on the high side; however, it barely puts a dent for private university tuition. The main entrance pass is a nice perk if you go to the Parks. If you live closer to Orange County or is willing to make the drive, then it's worth it. The employee discount is pretty reasonable and comes in handy while at the theme parks. With that said, the benefits doesn't make up for the lower salary compared to other major companies.
