“25% off in Stores/Parks. 35% in Holidays. Complimentary Park admission for yourself and three guests. Weekends are pretty blocked out though.”

  • Health Insurance  (75 comments)

“Kaiser or Cigna HMO or PPO. Nothing special. Dental/Vision are average.”

  • 401K Plan  (60 comments)

“3% feels archaic. Financially, no bonus unless you are a Sr. Manager and above. Measly 3% merit increase based on performance.”

Disney is very progressive in supporting its employees with programs. There is a cultural norm to go above and beyond the conventional benefits offering.

the best thing is that ı have traveled every works day in Epcot park in Disneyland. Custodial job was easy for me and i liked it so much. Disney is the best company in the world.

Pros - Park Complimentary Admissions (For yourself and three guests); Free Private, Early, Exclusive Employee Screenings. Cons - 2 weeks of vacation is archaic. Healthcare benefits are subpar. No bonus unless you're a senior manager.

They have good packages, but it will cost you almost ALL of your paychecks!!!! If you are in entertainment, they won't pay for any doctor appointments, twisted ankles, dehydration, sore muscles, massages, nor trainers for the gym. Even though our looks are everything for the job. ON THE PLUS SIDE, awesome 35-45% off around Christmas!

almost no benefit for intern but you can get discount (20%off normally) when you purchase Disney products including Pandora Jewelry

The best thing is if you are a big fan of Disney, you do get a lot of free passes to the parks.
