All the standard perks (401k, Health/Dental/Eye, vacation) are very good, but the most unique perk is the Silver Card for employees to get into Disneyland free, and to bring their family.
Best - Dependent children covered on health insurance plans up to age 26. Worst - 401K match only 50 cents on the dollar up to 4%.
They match what you put in to it the only thing is that the Hub their website is very confusing so starting it off could be a little hard
