All the standard perks (401k, Health/Dental/Eye, vacation) are very good, but the most unique perk is the Silver Card for employees to get into Disneyland free, and to bring their family.

Best - Dependent children covered on health insurance plans up to age 26. Worst - 401K match only 50 cents on the dollar up to 4%.

The perks are the best part of the job. Insurance coverage is good, but expensive for a family.

Tuition Reimbursement is great for people wanting to pay for hospitality classes. The worst would be the health insurance because it doesn't cover much

Not eligible for benefits if a graduate associate (intern).
