“The cost is very high for what you get, and it's premiums are super high.”

  • 401K Plan  (74 comments)

“They only match 2% it's ridiculous for a size of a corp like Disney, they could be way more generous.”

Company offers 'flex-time' so you can discuss the option of working from home some days or arrange a specific start/ end time for your day, for example if you have a child to pick up at school or to take to a doctor.

There's a lot of nice benefits with working for Disney. Signing in your guests is nice, but it also is a little frustrating with so many blackout dates now, limiting our sign-in benefit.

I thought the benefits were good. There was % off of Disney retail items, free passes to the parks, 401K benefits, HSA, with good health and dental.

It doesn't exist. Only Full Timers get it. Good luck waiting 30 plus years to get it.
