As a FT Cast Member I am entitled to: Medical, Optical, Dental, 4 weeks vacation time for 15 years of service, Sick pay, Retirement, 401k, Park entrance perks for me , my family and friends, discounts on Disney Hotels, many other discounts.
Disney has an excellent benefit package which includes a 401k and Retirement plan with company contributions.
Company offers 'flex-time' so you can discuss the option of working from home some days or arrange a specific start/ end time for your day, for example if you have a child to pick up at school or to take to a doctor.
It is worth the money for what you get.
There's a lot of nice benefits with working for Disney. Signing in your guests is nice, but it also is a little frustrating with so many blackout dates now, limiting our sign-in benefit.
PTO, pay sick leave, health dental and vision insurance. 401k or pension.
Leaders couldn't provide clear direction. lots of time and resources on efforts, which didn't come to fruition.
I thought the benefits were good. There was % off of Disney retail items, free passes to the parks, 401K benefits, HSA, with good health and dental.
It is good with pros and cons like all insurance has.
It doesn't exist. Only Full Timers get it. Good luck waiting 30 plus years to get it.
