    Company Cast discounts are what keep most people there. Their company insurance is pretty great, even for basic.

    The best thing about working at Disney is most of the discounts you gain working at your main location apply to other Disney parks and stores with certain exceptions. Many other benefits include the ability to go into parks for free, except during blackout dates.

    You get unlimited entrance to the parks and a few tickets each year but I never got my tickets and I didnt have anyone to talk to about my missing benifits
