    Company is very supportive of maternity leave. However, the leave is handled by a third party called Unum. So if you have any questions or concerns, you'd have to contact Unum and they would work with HR.

    Great maternity leave benefits in 2014 and prior. Those just changed in 2015 though and I believe they were slashed in half. =(

    WB maternity/paternity leave benefits are tied to California state leave/disability benefits. They pay the deficit between state benefits and your current salary.
