“Almost European plan (4 weeks after 9 years PLUS sick days) is being replaced with a PTO and “unlimited” time off which is actually much more limiting”
“Excellent choices for a variety of options”
“The newer ATT plan is not as robust, but still generous matching”
The benefits are quite generous - for now! New ownership has already made some changes.
7% match if you put in 6% on the 401(k) is pretty great
Good 401k match, fully covered Kaiser high deductible premiums, vision and dental included at no cost.
Company's 401k matching program: starts after being with the company for 2 years.
Best thing is they gave many options so you could customize according to your needs. With AT&T, the options were fairly low cost.
Great 401k, lots of paid time off and holidays
Company matches 401K up to 5%
The 401k is great. We have a good amount of PTO and sick days.
401k matching is generous, health insurance affordable. There’s even a gym on the lot.
The company has a few health insurance packages to choose from which is good but they do not cover the full cost. The 401k is matched up to 6% (you must stay at the company for 3 years). There was a recent restructure on PTO which now allows for "unlimited" PTO
