On the plus side, the benefits package is very generous. On the negative side, the rates for our HMO insurance plan seem inflated overall. Under AT&T ownership, they should have been able to get better rates or not pass on quite as much of the costs to employees when it comes to deductibles and co-insurance. This could change for the better with the merger with Discovery Networks.
Great 401k package, will match 1 to 1 up to 6%, and will match 7% if you contribute 6%.

Pretty comprehensive selections, better than average benefits packages out there I'd say.
