PPO is adequate. Bonus program is opaque regarding how it is decided. Merit pay increase is modest but not guaranteed.
Best is the medical benefit. Worst is that there is no pension.

You get health care but for the Tour Department it was through MPI and you had to work for about six months before you actually could get the health plan but you had to pay into it from day one, and if you left the department before earning the health plan, you wouldn't get the health premiums back.
Very good benefits package. 401K is 100% vested after 5 years.
