Full benefits and lots of resources to help you understand them.
Warner Bros Animation is a "union" shop, meaning it is covered by TAG, The Animation Guild, who are a useless bunch of chiseling leeches. Warner Bros themselves provide overtime and holiday pay, and are perfectly fair about it. Benefits provided through TAG are at a premium, meaning they take extra money to provide nothing more.
Provided 401K (match up to 6%), competitive health and benefits plan (rates based on salary range), etc.
Excellent benefits package. 401 match of 6%, sufficient paid time off and generous bonuses. Medical is good although every year the plans change and more out of pocket is the result.
Very competitive package for full time employees
Best: They have the best benefits package I know of in the industry for non-union staff. Worst: There are many other benefits they have for Warner Brothers Studio staff that don't apply to my position when I work a show, but I'm grateful for what they do provide so it's not something that bothers me.
401K, FSA/HSA Options, child care, legal services, health, pet insurance, vacation, floating days, sick leave
It was a good benefits package overall
Health Insurance includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacations, sick time, etc
Health Insurance is not that great.
