Good overall package.
Good time off, generous 401K that matches 3% of salary at 110% and an additional 3% at 100%.
The vacation policy is very generous for full time employees. 3 summer Fridays which can be taken as 6 half days on Friday, 3 floating holidays in addition to your paid vacation, as well as the holiday week between Christmas and NYE off every year.
They do not offer HMO through their regular insurance that they are using, you can only get PPO. If you want HMO then you are forced to go with Kaiser. you start with one week vacation and 3 floating holidays.
Best benefit package I ever had
The WB Benefits package is the best part about working there. Insurance is good, 401k contribution is matched, you screen all WB releases and have A LOT of time off.
Excellent benefits that encompass Medical, PTO and 401k
The health care and 401k are great. Plus the number of days off is good
As a Union member I get Motion Picture Industry Health Plan . They usually take around $20 each pay check (we get paid weekly) and I pay an additional $252.00 a year for full medical. Since I am Union I have a Pension with an IAP. Best thing about our Bennifits- Everything! I pay close to nothing for FULL Coverage PPO insurance. (we also have HMO and Kaiser). The way they factor it is by adding $6.50 per hour which comes out to $13, 520 which the company pays. The Worst part: Under our union contract we cannot add more money into our IAP.
When you're part time you don't get any paid vacation days.
