    Have a good amount of paid holidays and they’ll usually give you a half day the day before a holiday weekend

    When you're not full time in the tour department, you dont get any sick hours or sick days or vacation days.

    Since i am union you will need to be full time and work at least 15 years to get 4 weeks off. You are given 1 week of sick time every year but not a day more.

    They actually provide it, and when they inadvertently skipped one national holiday, they made up for it with interest the next fiscal year. As an artist, i'm used to being fisted and disrespected by every employer out there. Warner Bros are one of the rare exceptions to the rule of corporate exploitation of artists.

    Very fair amount of paid time off between sick, personal and floating holidays. Vacation at my level peaks out at 4 weeks a year.

    It's fine but sometimes difficult to take advantage of taking time off. They will let managers and above work from home on occasion which is helpful if you are sick and willing to work thru a cold but don't want to waste or have time to use a sick day.
