“Average health benefits that are partially covered - employees do pay a monthly fee.”
“2 weeks and possibly the week between Christmas and New Years”
Benefits package is good. Health Insurance expensive if you have a small family. Contribution is the same for health insurance whether you have 1 child or 10 children.
They offer fertility benefits through Progyny which include egg freezing. Also offer mental health therapy through Ginger io and have partnership with One medical where you can go and use online for free. Offer bright horizon back up child care, special needs and elder care programs. Pet insurance
Best: 401K and Healthcare. Vacation is okay. Worst: No help for education reimbursement. No concerts or other events even though it's a music company and most other companies in the entertainment field provide more connectivity to the industry they support. It would also be nice if flex hours were introduced.
They have amazing benefits! Excellent health insurance coverage and 401k and perks are great like getting to go to artist shows or release parties.
Great medical benefits, life insurance and 401K match. Average vacation days based on years worked. Paid week off during Christmas and New Year holidays.
Time off around every major holiday and solid health insurance.
Excellent benefits, although the insurance can get pricey
Great people! Exciting Work! Engaging Role!
A selection of health plans at decent prices, 401k match, vision and dental coverage. Access to concierge medicine and mental health services
Best: A new benefit due to CoVid are 7-10 Caregiving Days. This will most likely go away once things normalize but a lot of us need it right now. Worst: Only 2 Weeks Paid Vacation Days.
