    Ample vacation time for those who have been at the company for many years. Insurance benefits used to be lavish (1990s) but have been cut substantially, as magazines have become less profitable and company has begun scrambling.

    Time Warner had the best benefits I've ever had. The best is the medical. Our premiums were relatively low and there were a number of choices of medical providers.
