Yes, there’s retirement. However, they expect 65 year old worn out employees to fight with elite fit 25 year old inmates. This shouldn’t have to happen. Retirement should be after 20 years, 25 max.
Honestly you get what you pay for. If you choose a higher health plan, you might get better insurance. Stay away from Kaiser health plans. However, you can choose a free dental plan but the copay's are higher that way. One thing you cannot beat here is time off, they give you more days than you actually need.
Pay is low but you do get medical benefits.
