Full government benefits (medical, life, dental, vision, etc.) and very easily understood thanks to the support provided. Always available to discuss benefits and insurance and the like.
Benefits get worse each year. Insurance coverage and co-pays increase. Union is not negotiating for employee benefits due to lack of strength and support.
Health insurance and vacation time
Health insurance and wellness programs a plus
Working as a team to get the job done. We help teach our future the students to become a team also. Great place to work!
The worst part of the benefits is that they pay 100% retirement. Therefore, if you leave before you are vested all of the money stays with the district/pers. Your retirement time is wasted if you don't stay.

If you work leads than 27.5 hours you're or of luck as far as benefits go. I love what I do and don't need benefits so it's ok.
Good Medical for you, adding family onto medical is very expensive. Sick leave is very good, you will need it when you get all those sick germs from the kiddos! Only 1 personal day a year.
