At Waste Management, each eligible employee receives a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, family, retirement and professional development.
Health, Dental (including Orthodontia), Vision, Life, Supplemental insurance benefits.; 401K, Employee Stock Purchase, Health Savings, Counseling, Employee Discounts. Excellent benefits package. Nothing negative to say about the package.
Great 401K and stock purchase benefits. Health benefits are good, too. Dental insurance is not as good.
Benefits are next to none. PTO is very generous and the health plans are affordable for the whole family
Competitive medical package is available
Benefits are good, but too many things need improvement. You have to tell every boss you have you are missing work or going on vacation, then you still have to call it into the system. Good amount of starting vacation, floating holidays, sick time. Retirement matched at 6%, which is good, but you barely make enough hourly to have the luxury of missing the $ out of your paychecks.
The increasing cost of premiums. They use to carry an excellent medical package, however, it has suffered in recent years.
Good benefits. discount stocks, 4.5 percent 401k match. health dental vision low costs around $60 a month for $1600 total out of pocket expense a year. also free legal advice discount services. lots of discounts on stuff for example insurance. I do wish the 401k K match was better 6% dollar for dollar would be nice. More vacation time would be nice 1 week for first 2 years then 2 weeks until completion of 5 years then 3 weeks until completion of 15 years. 1 week over all for personal time off. No sick days, personal time is expected to be used for this.
paid vacation bad insurran,ce one word two word three bon fou gon five hon six ton seven khion
The best part of the benefits package was the 401k matching and the employee stock purchase options, which allowed emloyees to purchase stocks at a discounted rate.
The benefits seem good on paper, but the overall cost is too high. Plus, management does not like for you to take off work unless someone is dying.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
