    You start with two weeks paid vacation and six days of personal time per year.

    First 5 years = 1 week a year. 5 - 10 years = 2 weeks a year. 10+ years = 3 weeks a year. That's on top of 6 days PTO per year. Keep in mind, company policy states if you use more than 6 days PTO time they will deduct from your vacation time. If you need time off because of an injury, they will deduct it from your vacation.
