    Wish you could have more you really need more time off rather than just two weeks.

    At the Phoenix Office you start accruing up to 80 hours of vacation time which is 10 full days. You also get five personal days aka (Holiday Float) which is 40 hours that you can use after you 91st day of being with the company. Additionally, Arizona state law requires most companies to provide 40 hours of sick time. At WM, this paid sick time is available after your 91st day of employment. So basically after your 91st day you have ten full days (80 Hours) to use! It's a lose it or use it policy but use it wisely!

    PTO is terrible. Only 13 days off a year for the first 5 years then goes up to 18. This use to include your sick days, but I believe Arizona in 2017 made it mandatory that employers provide 40 hours of sick time. That helped a bit.
