3 weeks of vacation time a year, 6% match on a 401K or RothK. They have Aetna insurance which is not taken at many doctors in the area though.
Flexible time and work from home is the best. They also have lots of great bonus benefits like tuition matching for college and two on-site gyms. But having an Aetna HSA for health insurance is the worst - it's a better plan than most, but still an HSA and NOT Blue Cross.

High premiums, high deductible for medical insurance. No formal bonus program for all employees. Great gym onsite as well as food service/ cafeteria, both of which are very reasonable cost wise.
4.5 paid holidays, health insurance is a joke, misplaced gender initiatives are overburdening, no paternity leave, retirement package is terrible, no remote work. Place is from 1950. Unless you have a British accent
