Current and former employees report that Waters provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

“The benefit offering are average.”
“Good match program to start with, 6%”
“Enough paid time off, increases in time”
The vacation package for new employees starts at 3 weeks.
Basic could be better. Just standard benefits nothing that would set it apart.
Great options for healthcare, 401k match, and 3 weeks vacation plus 1 week sick time to start
The packages are helpful because they are pretty customizable for what you need.
All Things MBB
Resumé question - I’m wanting to portray myself as someone with the EQ to be able to relate to clients, even in situations that are less than positive. For example, we had a client project that was way off track, expectations were missed, and they were considering terminating the contract. I stepped in and calmed the waters, reset expectations, and turned the project around. Any tips on quantifying this in a results-oriented way on my resumé that MBB wants to see?
Has anyone had luck w a career coach? I’ve been in UX for 1.5 years but have 13 YOE in operations: driving strategy, launching & supporting product while mentoring young leaders - which is where I’d like to get back to. …(perhaps move to product? ’m in the process of building an app to demonstrate capability. ) I have no socials presence (LinkedIn etc) and would like guidance how best to navigate these waters for an effective “personal branding + job search” strategy. Thanks in advance!
Director of Operations
Team, currently in an operations role which also is tasked with maintaining the companies financials. I am in school now gaining the degree in accounting and the accounting side of life seems really interesting. Is there a proceeds to work for an accounting firm maybe part time off hours to gain the industry knowledge and not just what is taught in classes ? I know what I have to do for my work environment but would like to dip my feet, and maybe gain a check testing the waters
401k is the best benefit
average benefits with rising costs
Vacation time has been improved recently, and the 401k match is great.
Overall, the benefits are standard for the industry. But benefits are not competitive with more modern companies in some areas, like time off and maternity & paternity leave.
Everything good money and insurance
Very high deductible is required.
